Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Your order will ship within 7-10 business days after purchase.

*Bespoke items may take 6-8 weeks to ship.

Return

Returns or exchanges will be accepted for all unworn merchandise in its original condition within 7 calendar days of delivery. All tags and labels must be attached. Please email ralphealrenee@officialralphealrenee.com to initiate a return or exchange. Bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items deemed lost, cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

You are responsible for the delivery cost of your return or exchange. Please email us tracking information and allow 1-2 business days to process your product upon arriving to our warehouse. Refunds or exchanges will be completed once garment has been inspected and approved. If returned items fail to meet the appropriate standards, items can be sent back to you, at your expense.
